I was so fortunate to have been a part of this Atelier course. Sometimes I had to take a step back and realize the level of professionalism and money that was being poured into this small production. Many of the students walked into the class with little to no experience in either dance or martial arts. That being said, I am extremely proud of the show.
I could not have found a better way to spend my senior spring. Seriously, getting course credit for this was a side bonus. Many thanks to Rebecca Lazier and Scott Parker for their guidance and letting me be a part of this production. It was an amazing opportunity to participate in what became a tribute to Fred Ho, who passed away just before this performance, and his wonderful music. Finally, last but not least, much love to my fellow cast members who supported me through the final throes of my thesis struggles and the many, many, many hours of rehearsal that went into this show. Thank you all for a wonderful final semester at Princeton.
